How to hide Recycle Bin from Desktop?

It is very easy tip to hide Recycle Bin from the Windows XP Desktop.

If you want to remove Recycle Bin without any patch or registry edit,

You should use the Microsoft Management Console. From the Start Menu, run mmc.
Add the Group Policy snap-in from File:Add-Remove Snap-in.
Go to User Configuration:Administrative Templates:Desktop and enable the Remove the Recycle Bin icon from your desktop option. Save and exit.

To Get it back....
Go to User Configuration:Administrative Templates:Desktop and DISABLE the Remove the Recycle Bin icon from your desktop option. Save and exit.
