This is to change the skin of your Messenger you see the contact. Do the following.
Select any image, try getting any image with White Background, try that the picture be approximately 240 x 325.
Rename it to lvback and format to .gif as: lvback.gif
Copy and Paste this file in your Msn Messenger Directory, Mostly C:\Program Files\Msn Messenger\
Close your Msn Messenger and Open it again!
This works with Msn Messenger 6.0x
Msn Messenger 7.0 and 7.5
Msn Live Messenger 8.0 and 8.1 xx
