[Start] [Run] [Regedit]
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1.
Close Regedit, and restart the computer.
How to remove RUN from START MENU?
