How to connect 2 Computers via Cross Cable?

1. Set static IP addresses on both cards in the same network if you have two nick card in one pc the most be on separate networks
example 1st wireless NIC 192.168.0.100 255.255.255.0 2nd LAN NIC 192.168.1.100 255.255.255.0
2 Next turn on remote connection in the system property applet. Shortcut windows key + pause break key

3 Run network wizard

Second Pc
1. Set static IP address and if you have two nick in this computer you must have them on different network but it also must be in the same network and the connected cross-over link.
example 1st wireless NIC: 192.168.0.101 255.255.255.02nd LAN NIC: 192.168.1.101 255.255.255.0(LAN)
2. Next turn on remote connection in ststem property applet. Shortcut windows key + pause break key
3 Run network wizard

Now you should be able to connect how ever you like Obviously no default gateway or dns needed on the configured NIC's using cross-over connection
